APPELLATION

ESTATE

Albert Tiffon comes from a family of winemakers based in Saint Sauveur du Médoc. La Fleur Haut Carras is a family winery perpetuated by Albert Tiffon since 1982 with 4 hectares of vineyards vinified with passion.

GRAPES

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.

One of the only indpendent estates in the area of Pauillac. This mainly Cabernet Sauvignon delivers classic aromas of cigar box, spice, and cedar over brooding dark black fruit. It’s a powerful, strong, wine right now, densely textured with packed-in black currant and blackberry fruit accented by notes of baking spice, cedar, and tobacco. Still really a baby, but if you are drinking now give it a proper decant
